At OLAhome, privacy is not a slogan. It is the very reason these services exist.

We built OLAhome for users who want real control over their data, not platforms that monetize personal information.

OLAhome Commitment

OLAhome does not sell, rent, or transfer your data to third parties.
We do not run ads through our services, we do not build user profiles, and we do not track your online behavior.

Your data belongs to you. Period.

Data we collect

We collect only the data strictly necessary for service operation:

• email address (for account activation and management)
• minimal technical data required for service security and stability

We do not request real names, national IDs, physical addresses, or other personally identifiable information.

How we use data

The collected data is used exclusively for:

• operation of OLA Cloud, OLA Vault, and OLAhome DNS services
• security and abuse prevention
• enforcement of user-configured rules (e.g. DNS filtering)

We do not use data for behavioral analytics, marketing, or tracking.

Data Security and Encryption

OLAhome applies technical and organizational measures to protect user data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.

For the Cloud service, files are encrypted on the server and in backups using strong encryption algorithms (AES-256). This measure ensures that stored data cannot be read directly from storage media or backup copies in the event of unauthorized access to the infrastructure.

For the Vault service, data is protected using end-to-end encryption, which means that sensitive information is encrypted before being stored and can only be decrypted by the end user.

These measures are intended to increase the level of data security and reduce the risks associated with unauthorized access, without affecting the functionality of the services provided (such as online editing or file synchronization).

Technical logs

For proper infrastructure operation, temporary technical logs may exist, such as IP addresses or system events.

This information is stored for limited periods and is used exclusively for technical and security purposes.

Third-party services

Payments are processed via external platforms (e.g. Stripe). OLAhome does not have access to your card details.

Outside of payment processing, OLAhome does not share your data with third-party providers.

Your rights

Under GDPR legislation, you have the right to request:

• access to the data associated with your account
• correction of such data
• complete deletion of your data, including related accounts
